Cara Pierce is an accomplished Realtor with 17 years of experience specializing in residential real estate in the Triangle area.  Originally from North Carolina, Cara has been a Raleigh resident for over 20 years. She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University. Moving back to North Carolina to practice structural engineering, she designed buildings for several years at a local firm and holds a professional engineer's license. This expertise allows her to understand the structural integrity of homes beyond their surface appeal.

 Cara's dedication and hard work have been acknowledged through various accolades, including being among the Top 500 Triangle Real Producers for several years and achieving a spot in the Top 100 in 2023. Her tenure at Fonville Morisey saw her in the Masters Club for 5 years as well as on the Gold Team. Since joining Compass when it came to Raleigh, Cara has received numerous distinctions, including the Platinum and Diamond Awards, showcasing her exceptional performance. Beyond her professional endeavors, Cara is a devoted wife and mother of three. Swim meets, soccer, and football keep Cara and her family on their toes. In her free time, she plays on two tennis teams and particularly enjoys playing doubles. She and her husband support several local charities, including the Food Bank of Eastern North Carolina
