Margaret started her real estate career in 1994, in her hometown, Rockville Center, NY.  A small village on the south shore of Long Island, 20 miles from NYC and 20 minutes from the ocean.  At the time, real estate was a nice part time job, with flexible hours that worked well with raising a family. In 1996 when the family moved from Rockville Centre to Cary, NC, it was a major transition for everyone.

Faced with the daunting reality of real estate in the Triangle vs a small town, Margaret went to work for a builder to learn the ins and outs of new construction. While that was an invaluable learning experience, Margaret’s passion was working one on one, helping families with the uncertainties of relocating and all that goes with it.

Married to her HS sweetheart Glenn, and the mother of six children, Margaret is an expert on the public and private schools in the Triangle and the NC University System. She loves sharing her knowledge and experience to guide families, because it takes a lot more than just finding the right house, to make it a home.

With almost 25 years in the industry, Margaret has helped hundreds of families move into and around the Triangle. Working almost exclusively by referral she prefers to keep a relatively small team so she can maintain the one on one personal contact she feels is vital. While she loves utilizing all the latest technology to assist her clients, Margaret believes her experience, knowledge, integrity and superior personal service are the best tools she can provide.

Living in Preston has given Margaret a bird's eye view of the growth & development that has gone on in Cary and the Triangle, over the past 20 years and the insight to see where it is headed. When not working, Margaret loves taking advantage of the perfect Carolina climate, enjoying tennis, boating and keeping up with all things new and fun in the Triangle. She has worked with Habitat for Humanity, and in 2016 raised over $70,000 for the LLS Man/Woman of the Year Campaign.
