Since 1999 Margaret has been a sales agent in the Cary office of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, the largest full-service residential real estate company in the Triangle and one of the leading realty firms in the nation. For 25 years Margaret’s focus has been to understand the needs of her clients. Margaret is dedicated to providing the same exceptional level of service to each of her clients.

A graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Margaret is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Marketing Specialist, and a Cartus Mobility Certified Relocation Specialist qualified by the largest relocation company in the United States. Margaret has served as a Director for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, and also served as a Director for the North Carolina Association of Realtors. With a deep commitment to the industry and the values that drive it, Margaret plays a pivotal role in REALTOR® Party Outreach and serves as a Federal Political Coordinator (FPC), a specially selected liaison between the NAR and federal lawmakers.

She specializes in golf-course communities, and is an active member and past President of the Cary MacGregor Rotary Club. Margaret and her husband reside in Cary, NC and take pride in raising three accomplished children– all of whom received their education from the Wake County school system and state universities. Quality family time holds great importance to Margaret and her husband, whom she has been married to since 1988. They have cherished the vibrant lifestyle the Triangle area provides, including excellent schools, abundant entertainment options, and ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. Margaret is deeply committed to community involvement and has dedicated time to serving on the Board of Directors for Cary Visual Arts, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting access to visual art through public art projects and educational programs. Her love for the region is evident in the active role she plays in both community engagement and personal fulfillment.
